Mid-Wales Adventures

Essential information

Covid-19

Because of the current state of restrictions locally and worldwide, it’s now a condition of booking a trip with us that customers are fully vaccinated, or if unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons can apply for an exemption. To apply, you must be able to provide a medical certificate from your healthcare authority. If you are exempt from vaccination you will be required to do a lateral flow test before leaving home to join us. We will continue to review this policy as rules and regulations change. Because of local restrictions, we recommend that you bring enough face coverings to last the trip and our tour leaders will let you know the current requirements when you arrive.

Age restrictions

Mid-Wales Adventure holidays are strictly adult holidays and as such only people over the age of 18 can book a place on one of our experiences.

Pets

The Cammarch hotel and Mid-Wales Adventures are fully dog friendly and we welcome you to bring your dog with you (subject to a small extra charge). Your dog must be well behaved and under control at all times, and as a dog-owner you must be aware of and respectful of people who may not love your dog as much as you do. Anyone who fails to control their dog whilst on a Mid-Wales Adventures holiday, and causes danger or disruption may be asked to leave the hotel and will not be offered a refund.

Travel insurance

It is a condition of booking with Mid-Wales Adventures that you have adequate valid travel insurance. It is your responsibility to arrange appropriate travel insurance and ensure you have read and understood the full terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy to ensure that you are covered for all activities you intend to undertake whilst on the trip, including all optional activities.

Your Insurance Policy must fully cover you for medical expenses and emergency repatriation to your home country. Please ensure your policy includes medical emergency helicopter repatriation in the event of illness or injury and covers the entire duration of your holiday. If you are trekking at altitude please ensure that there is no upper altitude limit which may limit or exclude cover for your trip. Medical and repatriation insurance cover is not mandatory for UK residents who are travelling on trips within the United Kingdom.
